Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we keep it safe.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. Who we are

Zuba Konnect (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an iOS app design and development company operating the website www.zubakonnect.com. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through this website and when you contact us about our services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form or email us, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Phone number and company name (if you provide them)
  • Service of interest, budget range and your project description
  • Any other information you choose to include in your message

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the site secure, prevent spam and understand how the site is used.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
  • To prepare proposals, estimates and Non-Disclosure Agreements you request
  • To deliver and support the services you engage us for
  • To send occasional updates about our services — only where you have agreed, and you can opt out any time
  • To protect our website against spam, fraud and abuse
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations

We process your data on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, or for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Trusted service providers who help us operate — for example web hosting and email providers — under confidentiality obligations
  • Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights
  • A successor business, if Zuba Konnect is involved in a merger or acquisition (we will notify you)

5. Cookies

Our website uses a small session cookie that is strictly necessary to keep the contact form secure. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as required by law (for example tax and accounting rules). After that, data is securely deleted.

7. How we protect your data

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls and secure storage. Project details you share are treated as confidential, and we will sign an NDA on request. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR — you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Withdraw consent or object to certain processing
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Raise a complaint with your data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email us at team@zubakonnect.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

9. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to other sites, such as the Apple App Store. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the “Last updated” date shown at the top.
